Hey! I’m Shannon, the Office Manager at Hazel House. I bring a unique perspective to my role by blending my academic background in Social Work with a passion for ensuring both client satisfaction and team cohesion. I possess a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics and am committed to creating a supportive workplace environment.

My career is marked by my dedication to client care, where I prioritize understanding and meeting the diverse needs of clients with empathy and professionalism. I believe in building strong relationships, based on trust and clear communication, ensuring that clients feel valued and heard throughout their interactions with Hazel House.

Internally, I foster a collaborative team culture rooted in respect and mutual support. I understand the importance of open communication and encourage team members to share ideas and concerns freely. I am equipped with the skills to mediate conflicts effectively and promote a positive work environment where everyone can thrive.

Outside of work, I also spend much of my time caring for loved ones and striving to leave people and places better than I found them.
