Nature therapy can include any therapy that integrates
elements of nature, such as:

Being outside, in a yard, field, or forest, during therapy

Bringing the outdoors in - rocks, plants, etc. used in session

Forest therapy with a certified guide (booked as its own session)

Attuning to nature with mindfulness

Using natural elements to make art

Exploring symbols in nature

Eco-therapy

Sessions take place at one of our office locations, at a local park, or at another location, selected for a workshop, retreat, or other event.
