​Hi! I’m Meagan. I am a certified health coach, and my passion lies in helping others achieve optimal wellness and happiness. No matter how far you think you are from your goals, we can get there together. Even if you don’t have a defined goal, we can unravel how you are feeling and come up with a plan together.
I understand the struggle of feeling stuck. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out the first step. As someone with a history of depression and trauma, my first steps looked different than someone with an uncomplicated upbringing. When I first began my journey, I longed for someone who understood this and could guide me without making me feel ashamed that I wasn’t already adhering to the basic health and wellness practices that I already knew were good for me.
Through a holistic approach, I received the care and guidance I needed, so I can now be that person for someone else. I would be honored to walk with you on your path to a happier, healthier life.
