I am a clinical mental health counselor and holistic health coach, specializing in mindfulness, spirituality, and trauma. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by human nature and the ways we grow, break, thrive, and, most importantly, heal. The foundational questions have always called to me: How do we best hold our unique constellations of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health? How do we make sense of diverse interpersonal dynamics? And how do we move through the traumas of life with the deepest compassion?

I believe wholeheartedly in human resilience and trust the wisdom within each person, which will always arch toward healing in conditions of safety and connection. My job as a therapist is to hold that space of healing and greet each soul that enters it with compassionate presence, unconditional positive regard, and the safety of a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic, and relational, and I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and mind-body therapies. My strongest areas of interest are anxiety, depression, trauma, attention, spirituality, and personal growth. It is an honor to do this work, and I hold it with gratitude.
