Hi! My name is Jill. Thank you for stopping in on your healing journey. I hope I have the chance to meet you!

I grew up in Idaho and made my way to East Tennessee, to complete an undergraduate degree in Social Work. I later obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boise State University, after which I returned to Tennessee. I have been living in the Nashville area since 2013. Having always enjoyed helping others, I spent several years working as a social worker, with patients and families at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. During that time, I obtained my clinical license and earned another advanced degree, in Healthcare Management.

As a therapist, I enjoy working with individual adults and adolescents, as well as couples. I am currently licensed in Tennessee, Florida, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, and Washington DC, allowing me to serve clients in each of those states, who may prefer a remote option for therapy.

My approach to therapy aims to meet my clients where they are, allowing client needs and goals to direct our time together. Whether you are preparing for or going through a loss or life transition, you are suffering from anxiety or depression, or you would like to process recent or childhood trauma that continues to be held in your mind and body, I would love to help. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process thoughts, feelings, and experiences, so that you can release what no longer serves you and develop the necessary skills to improve your overall wellbeing.
