She/Her

Accepting Clients Beginning in August

Psychotherapy

Hello, I'm Addie.  I long for people to be seen and heard. I believe healing is not just about reducing symptoms, since symptoms can serve as messengers, pointing toward

something deeper that longs to be witnessed, understood, or held.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, relational, and intuitive. I value the uniqueness of each person. I believe that all parts of us – emotional, physical, and spiritual are
connected, and that healing happens when we pay attention to this interplay. I bring open-mindedness and curiosity into the therapy space, and I aim to create a safe environment
where clients can show up just as they are. I believe every part of us is meant for healing, and that path looks different for everyone.

I see each person as the expert on their own experience and believe in an innate wisdom that lives within all of us. My role is to support clients as they explore what truly aligns with their values, desires, and needs.

In the past, I was a college athlete and worked as a functional fitness coach, but I was always drawn toward a deeper understanding of what makes us human - what we carry, what we long for, and how we come to know ourselves. I’m comfortable sitting with ambiguity and complexity. I often invite clients to explore the concept of duality, and to hold multiple things at once, as a way to build insight and self-awareness.

I am an INFP and Enneagram 4w5 with an adventurous spirit. I value my ability to love, learn, think deeply, and connect with others. These traits and values guide my work and how I show up in the world.  I look forward to the honor of connecting with you, too, if you think we might work well together.  â€‹

I will be interning at Hazel House  August 2025 through May 2026. I would welcome a free, no-obligation phone call to see if we are a good fit for one another.

I am a student intern working toward my Master's degree at Adam's State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I have professional membership in the American Mental Health Counselors Association. I am currently being supervised by Adam's State University faculty and Dr. Lindsay Vaughn, Psy.D., HSP, CSP.
